Excellent Stay in the Medina
central location main attractions helpful staff
The riad was clean, and it had a central downtown location. This made walking to main attractions convenient. I had dinner there and it was among the best I had . All staff were kind and helpful.
Once I managed to find the place, I felt the room was a bit dark.

The staff met every request of mine, from organizing transfers to preparing tea. I was given tips for visiting the city, especially regarding my safety during the tours. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful and the staff were helpful preparing it outside the scheduled time.

The location was very convenient for walking to main attractions. It takes 5-10 minutes to reach Djemma-el-Fnaa by foot and there are some services around. I did not feel insecure while going back to the riad at night.

The riad has a rooftop terrace with sunbeds available. There is a reading room and air-conditioning is available. I found the common areas beautiful and the room was spacious and always spotlessly clean.

malfunctioning air conditioning billing confusion
The air conditioning in my 'yasmine double room' barely functioned. i reported this issue, but it was never resolved, unfortunately. the room remained uncomfortably warm, affecting my sleep quality and overall comfort. It's quite a significant flaw. also, there was a slight billing confusion upon checkout. The staff seemed to think i hadn't settled the full amount despite my providing proof of payment, so that was annoying!!!

A Romantic Getaway in a Peaceful Riad
attentive staff moroccan vibe short walk
The staff were very attentive and friendly. Aziz gave us little gifts and treats in the evenings. The bedroom had a proper Moroccan vibe, so I felt fully immersed. The location is ideal. The main square is only a short walk away.
